The Trouble with Trowbridge is a six-piece jam band born out of late-night basement sessions and an irrational love of extended guitar solos. We blend funk, psych-rock, bluegrass, and jazz into something that has no business working — and absolutely does.

The humans behind the noise.

Natalie brings an otherworldly presence to every stage she touches. Trained in classical voice but raised on soul and R&B, she found her groove somewhere between a gospel choir and a psychedelic fever dream. Her voice can shake a room or stop it cold — sometimes in the same song.

Spenser is the band's secret weapon — a songwriter who moonlights as a performer, or maybe the other way around. Her acoustic guitar work weaves through even the heaviest jams like a thread you didn't know was holding everything together.

Chris is the reason the band exists, and he'll be the last one to admit it. His guitar playing pulls equally from blues, country, and whatever he heard on the drive to the gig. He has an uncanny ability to find the note that ties a jam together right when everyone thought it was lost for good.

Noah is the band's harmonic glue. Whether he's laying down a funky clavinet groove or floating a lush organ swell over a slow burn, his keys fill every corner of the room. He studied jazz theory for years, then spent even longer unlearning just enough of it to make it feel alive.

Roger doesn't just hold down the low end — he builds the whole foundation and dares the rest of the band to keep up. His bass lines are melodic, deep, and occasionally terrifying. Off stage he's the quietest person in the room. On stage, he's the reason you feel it in your chest.

Cary is the engine. He's been playing since he was seven years old and hasn't stopped since, which explains both his timing and his general disposition. His groove locks in fast and holds all night, adapting to wherever the song wants to go without ever letting the floor drop out from under you.
